Built and tested machine learning models (Random Forest, Decision Tree, Naive Bayes, KNN) to predict if a customer will leave the bank.

Cleaned and prepared data, explored patterns, and selected important features.

Compared model results using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. Found key reasons for customer churn and suggested ways to help the bank keep its customers.
